gLOUCESTER-ATLANTIC-SALEM SCHOOL 
The most fundamental skill required is individual mastery of the ball and the creativity that comes with it. This should be a priority in training, especially in the early years. As this skill is mastered, the rest of the game becomes easier -- both to teach and learn.
The Gloucester-Atlantic-Salem Regional Development School is designed as a conduit for the development of technically efficient players. The School presents a class environment in which youth players are encouraged, motivated and coached to develop individual ball skills. Centered around the Chelsea FC curriculum, this School provides rigorous and comprehensive opportunities for players to further develop their technical skills, creativity and quicker decision-making techniques by presenting opportunities for significant touches on the ball. The goal being to produce players that are more self-confident, comfortable and creative with the ball.
The classes are:
- open to a maximum of 14 players per age group;
- available at four age groups: U-9/U-10; U-11/U-12; U-13/U-14; U-15+
- designed specifically for individual player development;
- incorporates speed and agility work with the ball at the older age groups;
- starting in January and ending March 2nd for a total of 9 one hour sessions (see below);
- based upon the Chelsea FC
curriculum and taught by top technical trainers under the guidance of Jeff Bookman, Head of International Youth Development for Chelsea FC; - competitively priced at $165.00
